Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as Your use of SuperKisan E-commerce pvt ltd (“SuperKisan”) services through its Website/App are subject to Your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). By subscribing to or using any of SuperKisan’s services through its Website/App You agree that You have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how You subscribe to or use such services. If You do not want to be bound by the Terms, You must not subscribe to or use SuperKisan’s services either through its Website/App or otherwise. In these Terms, references to “You”, “User”, “Buyer” shall mean the end user accessing SuperKisan’s Website/App, its contents and/or buying/using the products/services offered through such Website/App. “Sellers” shall mean independent third party service providers/sellers on SuperKisan’s Website/App, and “we”, “us” and “our” shall mean SuperKisan, its affiliates, suppliers and partners. “Products” shall mean the items/goods/products listed by third party sellers on SuperKisan’s Website/App for sale/use.

1. Return and Refund or Replacement for Products

1.1.SuperKisan supports the return and refund or replacement policy subject to the Terms mentioned herein.

1.2.It is hereby understood that ‘Returns and Refund’ is a scheme provided by Sellers in terms of this Policy. Kindly check the respective item's applicable return and refund/replacement policy on the product page as each product may have a different set of return and refund/replacement period. It is also understood that in no case shall a return and refund/replacement request be entertained after a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the Product.

1.3.The replacement of the Product will be subject to availability of the product being returned, with the Seller. If in any case the Seller is not able to provide You the replacement product, the order will be treated as a cancelled order and a refund shall be initiated as per Clause 2.2 of this Policy.

1.4.In the event of vexations or false complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for return and refund or replacement.

1.5.Buyer's Product related complaint for return and refund or replacement will be processed only in case the Product is already damaged at the time of taking delivery, the Product does not the meet the prescribed specification as provided on the packaging or on the Website/App, the date of taking delivery of the Product is beyond the expiry date of the Product or the Product is not packed as displayed on the website or packing of the product is tampered or damaged.

1.6.The return process of a Product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Product. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website or be intimated by the Seller at the time of purchase of the Product.

2.Returns, Pick-Up and Refund/Replacement Processing:

2.1.In case of returns where You would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

2.2.During pick-up, Your Product will be checked for the following conditions: a)Correct Product: Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible and should be the same as the Product whose return has been requested. b)Complete Product: All in-the-box/bag accessories (like instruction manuals, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present. c)Unused Product: The product should be unused and in its original condition, with a non-tampered quality. Check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). d)Undamaged Product: The product including all parts thereof should not be perished, decomposed, dampened or rotten in any manner and should generally be undamaged. e)Undamaged Packaging: A packaging defect will not be entertained as a parameter for return or replacement. The product's original packaging/box should be undamaged and should also be returned. The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

2.3.In the event the return of a Product is duly accepted by the Seller, the value of such Product, as originally paid by Buyer during acceptance of Product, will either be refunded to Buyer in the bank account provided by the Buyer for such refund, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Buyer. The Seller shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options. Refund will be initiated once the Seller receives the returned product and it passes through the necessary quality checks, as determined by the Seller. In no case shall the shipping/courier charges be refundable.

2.4.In all cases, the replacement is initiated only after the originally delivered Product is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send You for Your replacement request for more details. The replacement Product shall be delivered only after initiation of replacement.

3.Cancellation of Transaction /Orders

3.1.Buyer’s Cancellation: SuperKisan tries its best to provide You a convenient and valued purchasing experience and understands that You may have a number of reasons that compelled You to cancel the order You placed on SuperKisan’s Website/App. However, in case of requests for order cancellations, the Seller reserves the sole right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Seller receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed, Seller may, at its sole discretion, cancel the order and refund the entire amount to Buyer within a reasonable period of time, provided the order is prepaid. Seller will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed by the Seller. Buyer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Seller and accepts the Seller's decision regarding cancellation.

3.2.Seller’s Cancellation: There may be certain orders that Seller is unable to accept and has the unconditional right to cancel the same. The Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without a need for providing an explanation for the same. Some instances that may result in Buyer's order being cancelled includes without limitation, non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by Buyer or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. Seller may also require additional verifications or information before processing any order. All such cancellation shall be without any recourse to Buyer and without any liability to the Seller. If Buyer's order is cancelled after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed/remitted to the Buyer either to the bank account provided by the Buyer for such reversal, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Buyer. The Seller shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options. In the event a promotional code given by Seller is used for the purchase of the Product, the amount under such promotional code shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order. The abovementioned is the sole remedy of the Buyer and the sole liability of the Seller for any cancellation of the purchase order by the Seller or otherwise other than by the Buyer.


4.1SuperKisan may suspend or terminate Your use of its Website/App or any of its services if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that You have breached any of the Terms.

4.2If You or SuperKisan terminates Your use of SuperKisan’s Website/app or any of its services, SuperKisan will have no liability towards You or any third party for doing so. 4.3You shall be liable to pay for any service or Product that You have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever.

5.Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
